Well, they questioned Darwin.

This is not meant as an attempt at humor. I have an actual, bona fide
arthritic condition that is tied to a skin condition. It affects my joints -
in the
joints themselves, and on the surface. I have wondered why, along with
elbows, knees, wrists...does it also affect my tailbone...if the tailbone is
not
meant to be jointed?

When y'all stop laughing, I'll go on?

My point being...looking back oftimes means you're going to run smack-dab up
a pole. Maybe we need to quit looking back so much and start from scratch
with the premise that humanity is basically good, and the wrongs done by the
few
evildoers of the past (whom we seem to glorify more than the real heroes)
ought not to be brought to bear in judgement against the rest of us.

Here again, first impulse is to branch off, in one's thinking, into
philosophy, religion and politics. Beware. These are all man-made areas,
created to
line someone's financial pockets, or the grey-matter pockets that are already

lined with the lust for power or the lack of self-esteem that breeds cruelty.

Just like time - a man-made concept. The sun goes down, the sun comes up. Who
are we to say what o'clock it is? We just need to use that time, however we
perceive it, to do the best we can to care for ourselves and each other.
