In West Virginia, the land that has pipe lines over it gets a certain amount of free gas, so they heat their houses, cookers, etc, with the lp. I saw two places that had unlimited gas, and one or two that had limits like 20,000 somethings. This was in addition to a one time pay out.

Here are a couple links to check out. I've spend several hours
discussing this with people and searching the web for info. Sounds like
we could lease our gas and oil rights for a good revenue and initial
sign on
bonus of around 1500.00 and acre or more. It seems to be going up every
week by a couple hundred bucks and acre. They think we may see 2500.00
an acre or more. I don't know if there is an acreage limitation but I've
thought about working with the friendsville group to get pooled with
them and work the same lease addendum so I get the best landowner
stipulations as possible, and have legal consul. Check it out.
