Heh,'
That all sounds good. I have made ales and meads, and have
just talked with others about cider, but I would say it would
take about 3 weeks for the fermentation to finish, then bottle it and seal
it for
about 3 to 4 weeks. It should be drinkable, and will just get better with
age.

I started mine today.. :)
Don't laugh..
Sun tea jar, wine bottle's cork, aquarium tubing, and a mason jar... :)
The pulp from apples and blueberries, only 1.5 cups sugar as I don't
want it to be too alcoholic, but I think the sweet will balance the tart
of the berries..
Anyway, Ron drilled a hole in the cork, I inserted the tubing and set up
the jar to vent into a mason jar filled with water. We'll see how it
turns out. I'm not quite sure how long I have to wait to have a
drinkable cider, though. Any further advice on how long and what to do
next after the wait is over and the bubbling stops?
