As mentioned I m on the island of Saipan NMI. It is about 15 degrees N and is only 6 miles wide by 16 miles long. Cars do not last long here at all. I am driving a 1995 Toyota Wagon, about as old as they get here before rust kills them. To open the back requires a string to open the latch and a stick to keep the door open. The other vehicle ia a 95 Toyots pickup. To start it requires a wire from the battery to an open position of where the starter relay was located
Is the soil surface sufficiently stable to support a pogo stick?
