Sometimes I wonder about "pricing" ....
Anything with a good location *will* sell -
almost immediately - seems like the rest
ya gotta just wait. After all, you only
need *one* buyer -
in some cases/places it helps to have
an agent who is willing to 'dance' - show
the property enthusiastically to *every*
potential buyer - but back off when the
dance is distracting rather than helpful,
because we're all looking for a roof and
warmth at the least possible cost. Owners
sell their *homes*, buyers look at 'houses'
but buy homes, too. There's a 'meeting
of the minds' that has to happen ... and
who knows which of the 'extras' (beyond a
roof and warmth) appeal to the unspoken
(or sometimes unrealized) need of which
buyer ? Patience ....
