My second most favorite sailboat design in my favorite hull-material,
steel (you can single-hand it becuse of the batten-sail, Chinese Lug Rig

The most favorite would be a twin-keel, twin-diesel steel hull, about
ten feet longer, to provide workshop space) Still Chinese lug-rigged
of course. I've got the English Naval Architect design somewhere out in
the barn-files---it was intended to replace my 56-foot
hermaphrodite-rigged schooner (forward mast had a square sail), which
was impossible to single-hand except in very good weather.
