Yes, I heard that 20 years ago from Mexican-Americans, that "they" would
eventually out-populate us. It is the one chief plank in the platform of
LULAC, the "League of United Latin American Citizens".

I was told, "You white people are only having one or two children, and we're
having 10, 12 & 13! One day we will just out-populate you and take this
country back that you STOLE from us!!"

It was fruitless to attempt to explain that the now-American territories,
were lost from Mexico through 2 wars which Santa Anna had both inspired. If
the Mexicans want to "blame" somebody, they should go back and blame their
own past leaders for what happened back then. America didn't "steal" the
lands, they were signed over willingly by the Mexican officials of those days.

Mexican-American student told her Texas teacher that "they" would breed us
out of our country.
