U.S. court examines case against Vatican on Nazi gold

SAN FRANCISCO7, Oct. 7 - U.S. courts should reconsider a dismissed lawsuit
alleging the Vatican Bank laundered assets stolen from victims of Croatia's
pro-Nazi World War Two regime, the plaintiffs' lawyer said Thursday.
