*If* your 'vote' ever makes it *to* the Electoral College :
Washington State started their current voting
by changing the *ballot* - one chooses a party
and can either vote for - or not *that* party's
candidate/s. A vote for another party's candidate
*will not** be counted ... That's one way of
getting votes the way politicians have been
passing bills - either 'swallow the whole mess' or
don't vote at all ... *This is *not* "democracy"*.

I wish I could remember where I read (or filed)
an article from Boston, I think it was, where a
driver who could not read English *successfully*
fought for and got a driver's license ...

Before 9-11 the email was generously peppered with stories about how badly
women are treated in Afghanistan with ridiculous invitations to write the
Afghan consulate or Afghan government to protest - as if that were ever
going to do any good.
Now a woman is running for president of Afghanistan. And for the first time
in 5000 years, women will be voting.

You people who forwarded all those "write to the Taliban" campaigns ...
speak right up.
