I wish everybody had at least one pineapple quince tree ....
Mine is next to the city sidewalk and I've been sitting outside
lately and appreciating people's reactions - only a few walk by
and keep going, the rest kind of start slowing down with
puzzled looks on their faces and start looking around while
trying not to seem nosey .... some even come back and go
away again .... and come back one - more - time ....
My pineapple quince has about a dozen fruit on it turning
golden and perfuming the air - and people seem to understand
it's not perfume, it's not somebody's clothes dryer, it's - - -
what the heck is it ? There aren't any flowers they can see
and yet .... but they never look *up* .... <g>

Hi Rob,
If you are into good tools look around your area in Virginia and see what
dealers you have in the big names. Husqvarna, Sthil, Jonserude (sp)... It
will depend on what they are using there. Get the biggest you can afford in
that brand.
A 60cc is about the smallest they recommend for milling, that was my guide.
My is 72cc and did everything I've asked of it.
If you are just looking on getting by most any of the other brands will do
the trick. An extra chain and a sharpening jig/files are a good idea too.
Have fun!
Rob
