Hi Sheri,
Mr. Frank Smith of Orchid fame is now hybridizing
daylilies. His newest introduction just went for $4200.00 at the auction at the
American Hemerocallis Society's national convention in Cincinnati. The daylily
is named 'Princess Diana' The story we heard is he received permission
from the Royal family to name the daylily after her.
