If someone has compiled FreeTDS with --enable-msdblib, how do I make my
client ignore that? I have put things like "#undef MSDBLIB" or "#define
MSDBLIB 0" in my headers and I still can not compile my lib against FreeTDS
due to a bunch of DBDATEREC errors. This just likely show my wake C-fu.
