You are correct! There is some confusion on my part. Is FreeTDS a ODBC
Driver? Or is it a library that uses a ODBC driver or is it both?
I did find a windows installer for the FreeTDS ODBC driver for Sybase and MS
SQL.

Do you have a link to this user Guide? That would be a good place for me to
start.
I am also trying to figure out how libdbi fits into this picture, if it does
