The odbc configuration for UniVerse makes reference to the path to the libraries which in my case is set to /usr/local/freetds/lib. According to IBM, UniVerse looks there for libodbc.so. On my installation libodbc.so is as symbolic link to libtdsodbc.so.

Is this a problem?

Thanks.
