Port 139 and 445 are for SMB/CIFS services (NT Named Pipes use these
protocols). Port 1433 is mssql protocol port (supported by FreeTDS), if
you can telnet to 1433 you can make a direct connection to mssql without
NT Named Pipes.

Simply FreeTDS do not still support NTLM2.
