Yes I knew that. It doesn't half cut down on the network traffic when a
large stored procedure is executed!
IIRC, the DONE_INPROC tokens are only eliminated for non-result-set
statements like inserts updates etc.
You still get them at the end of each result set - although I think
there is a bit set in the end token saying that the rows affected count
is invalid/unreliable.

I came across the following in Microsoft's documentation. Something to
keep in mind if we ever encounter DONE-token problems again.
"SET NOCOUNT ON eliminates the sending of DONE_IN_PROC messages to the
client for each statement in a stored procedure."
I suppose Bill figured this out already, but I didn't know it.
