Not bad - thanks! Although reproducing the crash is much easier: Create
a new database-capable document and press 'F4' ....

Verification was easy, if this is the same bug:

This seems to be a bad interaction with the 'X Window' look & feel.

I.e., Tools/Options/OOo/View/Look & Feel

If I change this to 'Standard', no crash is seen.

Exactly. Hoooray .... Unfortunately I can't connect to my Sybase
database anymore, at least not via ODBC driver. I used to test with
unixODBC's 'isql' commandline monitor:

isnix: 12:53:46 ~> isql gluehbirne mas dummy4
[ISQL]ERROR: Could not SQLConnect

Something's wrong here - I will reverse my CVS tree to last week and
see if that changes anything.

Again, thanks a lot,
Martin.
