Hi Frediano,
1. Create a table as in the comments in the file.
2. perl doc/api_status.txt > api.dat
3. freebcp database..tablename in api.dat -c -S s -U u -P p
I'll post the queries in a little while.

Why split them? The perl works with only the api_status.txt data, and the
data are at present read by only one program. If we have another program
that wants to read api_status.txt, we can split out the perl then. OK?
