I think PHP Apache module calls SQLSetStmt, but CGI version doesn't. It
doesn't mean PHP has a bug.
You told it worked for you. As Apache module or as CGI?
Once: can you tell me options you used to configure for your PHP and your
Apache build? Perhaps php.ini contents too.
