Well, then it seems most likely that your problem is in the PHP Apache
module configuration. If FreeTDS is working from the CGI version, then
FreeTDS and ODBC appear to be working for you. You should probably look
elsewhere for the source of your trouble.

The first is PHP as CGI, the second is PHP as Apache module.
