Please have a look at the unixodbc templates and scripts that I committed to
CVS yesterday in the samples directory. They should help get you up and
running. Let me know if you need more help after that.

Driver = /usr/local/freetds/lib/libtdsodbc.so
this manual seems to be written sometime back before freeTDs 0.6
from freetds 0.6 onwards the installtion directory has changed
from /usr/local/freetds to /usr/local
so the Driver entry now should be /usr/local/libtdsodbc.so
