Does it matter? tsql is a standalone tool, not a library, so the
'infection' is contained. :) It also isn't commutative: if tsql.c is
LGPL, then even if the tsql binary is covered by the GPL, you can still
reuse code from tsql.c under the LGPL as long as you don't link against
readline (which has its own license that we're not responsible for).
