That's not as it should be. While the rest of you are hacking, I will:

1. Add the freebcp man page to Makefile.am.
2. Generate a tsql man page, ditto.
3. Add a "Utilities" section to the UG to describe them.

Eric, I didn't apply your -d patch for freebcp. Did you mean to say it
*always* logs, regardless of the presence of TDSDUMP? Or that you'd like to
defeat logging for bcp operations?

N.B. I think I understand roughly how to add the UG html and man pages to
Makefile.am. I'd like that to work for the the release.
