Maybe it is time to reset a little. What type of
server are you trying to connect to? What type of
machine are you connecting from?

what happens when you ping 223.147.37.4?
what happens when you ping ntserver?

what happens if you telnet 223.147.37.4 1433?
The same for ntserver?
