Can someone help me w/ a sqsh problem, Im confused about the interface and
freetds.conf
files. and maybe im doing something wrong.

$SYBASE = usr/local/freetds

I compiled and ran the freetds dblib and ctlib samples and they work yeah.
I would like to runs sqsh and then perl DBD.

I have compiled the sqsh2.1 version for FreeBSD.

My interface and freetds.conf file contain:

$SYBASE/interface contains:
myserver
query tcp 7.0 223.147.37.4 1433

$SYBASE/freetds.conf contains
# A typical Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 configuration
[MyServer70]
; host = ntmachine.domain.com
host = ntserver
port = 1433
tds version = 7.0

i run (sqsh-2.1 Copyright (C) 1995-2001 Scott C. Gray) w/ the following
senerios.

%sqsh -SJDBC
connect: Can't assign requested address

%sqsh -S223.147.37.4 -Usa -P
connect: Connection refused

%sqsh -Smyserver -Usa -P
connect: Can't assign requested address

Thanks,
FxM.
