You do not need any files from Sybase to use FreeTDS. FreeTDS completely
replaces Sybase's libraries and header files.
To build sqsh and DBD::Sybase, you'll need the SYBASE environment variable
to be set correctly.
In case you haven't already, you might want to check your FreeBSD ports to
make your life easier.
