Do you mean mod_ntlm or the HTTP proxy server?
Well, what I use is http://freshmeat.net/projects/ntlmaps/ . I meant, that you can have a look at the Python code, in order to understand how to authificate against a NT PDC. But the Apache module you mentioned might be already doing what you want.
