Thanks to Bob Kline and Brian Bruns, I've written into the Users Guide
the precise steps to enable SQL Server authentication.
There was little difference between the screenshots of SQL Server 7 and
SQL Server 2000. The letters 'NT' dissappear. They simply refer to it
as Windows authentication.
(Incidentally, does anyone know how to set up a PHP script on an Apache
server under Linux that will prompt for and validate against a Windows
authentication domain?)
