It may be better to replace SQL_DATETIME in the FreeTDS ODBC driver. My
thinking is that the driver may creep its way toward a higher level of
complience anyway. Perhaps with the exception of SQL_DATETIME... for now.
I plan on diving into that code sometime in the coming months to do some of
that 'creeping'.
