The only lines not commented out are:

bugs
query tcp 4.2 10.205.10.188 1433
master tcp ether 10.205.10.188 1433

bugs is the DNS name of the NT DB server. This is the FreeTDS interfaces
file, I put the same thing in the sybase interfaces file.
