Different topic,

In reading the INSTALL file, I'm confused by the line that vaguely
mentions linking the libct.a file for CT-Lib programs. If I want to
connect to an MS-SQL server, do I need to do this or does the vanilla
install do it for me? (The vanilla install fails 90% of the tests no
matter what I do.)
