Uh, "Does the apache process have the $SYBASE set" this is probably a stupid
question but what does that mean? How would I check for it and how would I
set it if it's not?

Looks like the install is ok...Does the apache process have the $SYBASE
set and is /usr/local/freetds/lib in your ld.so.conf or $LD_LIBRARY_PATH?
