does this mean that ctlib is complete enough to run mike peppler's
dbdsybase? if so, does this negate the need for a dbdfreetds?
it seems that if you are using the dbi, it does not matter if you use
ctlib or dblib, as long as your tdsver is appropriate for the server you
use?
