Yes, I was thinking primarily of Rom.10, but you rightly note that the
topic continues in ch.11.My main point was that Paul is not so concerned
with proving that the Jews who do not yet believe in Christ are blameworthy
i.e. because they have both heard and understood what they have chosen not
to accept.Paul is more concerned with looking for a solution to the problem
of their failure to believe, than in ascribing blame.
