Thank you for the comment. Elaine has answered most of the questions I had.
I
will answer the other questions you raised. I agree one sampling is not
enough, Elaine is suggesting three. Yes we do have a dissolved oxygen meter,
we
did not have one then. Yes we have been cleaning - now actually taking the
whole machine apart each time, steam cleaning and using oxy clean. That
particular sample with and without the saponin was from the same batch 30
minutes apart. I talked to the manufacturer about the inert ingredients, but
do
not have my notes in front of me right now. I absolutely agree fungal
extraction is very difficult. Thanks for the help.
