Hi: Good point. General question:
The latest push seems to be from the state level with the "Super DMCA"
issue. Has anyone seen info on just how tight the laws passed are
staying to the proposed uniform "Super DMCA" offered by the RIAA and
MPAA?
General question #2:
Assuming there's not much variance from one state to the next, has
anyone seen much discussion, possibly pertaining to a coordinated effort
to challenge one state, and use the results to enlighten the other
states? Seems like a low-cost, possibly effective strategy to me.
Thanks,
Tom Poe
