Time Warner will actually work with you on price. Look around on the net for
the lowest intro package that you seem them offering. It is typically 20
dollars less than their normal rates. If you call them and say you are
discontent and switching because of price they should be willing to work with
you and often you can get that intro rate.
To do this you typically need to be speaking with a Customer Retention
Specialist. You don't want to ask them for this person, you need them to
forward you because they don't want to loose you.
