=E2=80=A2 10P Mixed Solution (hip hop/electronica/acoustic)
Elements reign supreme when blended to form a single compound. They're
innate structures are exposed with the help of relating molecules that
allow their characteristics to be seen and heard. This is the basis of
"Mixed Solution." Originating from a group of close friends whose
passion for creativity and uniqueness drives them, Mixed Solution has
been a journey well traveled for the four talented artists from
Raleigh North Carolina. Three years in the making, Mixed Solutions
dreams were sparked at the turn of the century with the groups=E2=80=99
introduction to a familiar computer program called Fruity-Loops. As
their passion for the music progressed, so did the elements. After a
short separation due to individual priorities, Mixed Solution teamed
back up in 2006 and hit the ground running with the groups elevated
drive and love for their music. Combining elements of Logic with
electric, acoustic, and bass guitar laying the groundwork for
delivering fast, up-beat rhymes that show pure lessons of life and
self elevation, as well as streaming visual stimulation that keeps
audiences locked on the show, Mixed Solution has what it takes to
capture your heart, body, soul, and mind, in attempts to bring music
back to its origin of emotion.

=E2=80=A2 11:45P Big Hell (indie/experimental/live electronics)
Hailing from the creative hotbed that is Durham, North Carolina, Big
Hell is very much cast from the same mould as TV On The Radio and The
Coup. Primarily hip-hop, the production pairing of Tommy Rau and Gabe
Turner weave dystopian industrial synthesizers, heavy auspicious rock
and indie influences together into a fitting soundtrack for the
backdrop of this ongoing post capitalist melt down. -- Monolith

=E2=80=A2 8P Stoll Vaughan (american folk)
Stoll Vaughan has been a national touring artist for quite some time
now, opening for artists such as John Mellecamp, John Fogerty,
Journey, Def Leppard, Marty Stuart, Shooter Jennings and many others.
He represents a amazing gift for songwriting, often being compared
to the Likes of Townes Van Zant or early Springsteen. Having four
records to his name that have seen top ten status at Americana radio,
and having received countless praises and accolades, Stoll has shown
that he is the real deal.
He continues to push the boundaries and to redefine what Americana
Folk music is today. =E2=80=9CI was in a waf=EF=AC=82e house and Patsy Clin=

decided to tap into the other avenues of production starting with his
good friend Carl Breomel(My Morning Jacket) and then Carl Restivo
(Wyclef Jean, Perry Farrel,Rehainna). This exploration has unfolded a
very unique approach to Stoll=E2=80=99s captivating songwriting, placing

=E2=80=A210P Lewis Brothers (punk-a-billy/supercharged folk rock)
Eventually, it was going to happen.

Three brothers, all with vastly different music backgrounds, would end
up in the same band. Russell P., Richard, and Jeff Lewis, combined
with percussionist Dennis Foreman, form an exciting arrangement of
eclectic and electric folk, rock, country, and general hillbillery.
Songwriting duties are traded as often as they swap instruments on
stage.

Jeff, formerly of the bluegrass outfit Big Scioto, brings a keen sense
of melody and instrumentation. Richard, frontman of the now-defunct
pop band Schooley Station, weaves thick harmonies and solid rhythm.
Russell, in his first formal group, contributes traditional banjo with
an unorthodox twist. The brothers' captivating energy is fueled by
Foreman (formerly of Jakob Freely), who's background in world rhythms
is applied to a drum kit nicely.

Call it punk-a-billy with traditional instruments. Call it
supercharged folk rock. At any rate, call it fun.

=E2=80=A2 8P Anna Rose Beck (acoustic/folk)
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Anna moved to North Carolina to
attend Duke as an undergraduate. Inspired by the music scene in and
around Durham, she began playing guitar and writing songs in 2008.
With influences ranging from Paul Simon, The Beatles, and Bob Dylan to
more contemporary artists Regina Spektor, Jaymay, Iron & Wine, Sufjan
Stevens and Laura Marling, she is in the process of developing her own
sound and musical style. With a voice that is at once unique, gentle
and passionate, Anna sings about coming of age and young love, leading
many to compare her sound to "something that would be in a movie like
Juno." She is in the process of writing and recording her first album
which she hopes to release by the end of 2010.

=E2=80=A210P Rebecca Pronsky (indie/alt/americana)
Rebecca Pronsky continues to stake her claim as one of New York's
finest young singers and songwriters. Rebecca's songs are "literate,
passionate, and wry" (TIME OUT NY) with "brutal, cutting
lyricism" (ITHACA TIMES), and "are lent authority by her big jazz-
trained voice" (VILLAGE VOICE). She has travelled the country
showcasing her country-tinged pop-noir songs, sharing stages with the
likes of Freedy Johnston, Steve Forbert, Carrie Rodriguez, Josh
Ritter, Patty Larkin, Erin McKeown, Catie Curtis, and Loudon
Wainwright III, among others. Her Nine Mile Records debut 'Departures
& Arrivals' was named a Top Ten Album of 2008 by the Philadelphia City
Paper and has been featured on XM Radio. Her new EP 'The Best Game in
Town' is out now.

"Brooklyn singer/songwriter Rebecca Pronsky shuffles through the dark
territory where old-fashioned rock =E2=80=99n=E2=80=99 roll, country, and f=
olk come
together. It=E2=80=99s roughly the same territory where Neko Case and Kelly
Hogan operate, and any accusations of carpetbagging are shot down by
both the conviction of her songs and the strength of her voice."~
