and yeah that comment about rock club are for cities.....Lame!
Driving out to a strip mall on the Orange/Chatham border to see a rock show is lame. The best thing I could possibly say about that is it might be a necessary evil given the economics of rock and real estate prices that are out of control. There is no sense in which such an arrangement is optimal, however. Obviously, if that's the only way to get the rock, then people will do it, but suburban strip malls just aren't rock'n'roll. Sorry.
