There are two possibe solutions to your problem. One- any paint store
with up-to-date technology (color reproducion software-scanner system)
will be able to scan the chip of paint and reproduc it..as good as the
equipment can do that, which isn't all that accurate...at least for my
eye. The other way is to find stores that can mix colors according to
the Munsell formula from it's color space identity. Any store that has
professional interior designers as clients, should be able to do this.
Corporate designers(people wo have degrees in interior design) working
for companies like IBM, drug companies...designers of high end
childcare, hospitals, nursing home facilities :)...etc. probably have
Munsell codes in there mixing tool box, because they are expected to
be quanitative and scientific in there choices of color and light.
