As for the question, it sounds to me like they were shut down by the IRS. Hmm. What possible reason would the IRS have to shut down a business? Could it have something to do with TAXES?
Myself, I'm trying to figure out what "options" he's running out of . . . I mean, what need could one possibly have that couldn't be met by Downtown Durham's vibrant selection of Irish Pubs and French Bistros?
