Saturdays in Saxapahaw, Farmers' Market, Music Series and Kid's Activities take place every Saturday from 5-8pm through August 26th. Over 25 great bands are featured over the summer alongside a thriving Farmers' Market with great fresh local offerings. All events take place in downtown Saxapahaw outside next to the Post Office and across from the Saxapahaw Rivermill. Saxapahaw Rivermill Concert Series
This week in Saxapahaw,( May 27): The Natty Boh Duo featuring the founders of North Carolina's acclaimed Bluegrass/New Grass band Candlewyck. "Picks up where New Grass Revival left off and presents a genre busting, rock-and-roll energy that might appeal to fans of, say, Nickel Creek." -Bluegrass Unlimited Magazine
Bands play every Saturday outside from 6-8 on the Haywagon Stage. All shows are free. Donations are welcome.

Saxapahaw River Mill Farmers' Market
Featuring the finest local goods and produce sold by Farmers from the area from 5pm to 8pm every Saturday. Come sample local wines, jellies, chutneys, freshly picked lettuce, beets, herbs, strawberries, delicious baked goods and more. Arts & Crafts vendors also sell locally made jewelry, furniture and more.

Saxapahaw Rivermill Children's Activities
Each week we have new creative games and activities for kids from 5-8 run by CERES, the local environmental organization. Face Painting, Arts and Crafts, Sprinklers etc! All games and activities are free and all are welcome!
