Yes, I think it would be a very good idea if people who are actively engaged in the business and law of both Open and "Proprietary" culture could get together. I've found it very productive to talk Open with commercial operators, both in terms of advancing their understanding what Open Content could offer them and advancing my own understanding of the real-world dynamics that commercial Open projects will have to exist within.
