Dear All,
Particularly in relation to the issue of ensuring compatibility between CC-UK
and BBC CA, I am thinking of the following solution:
-The BBC CA licence will contain a provision stipulating that in the case of
having material under a CC-UK licence mixed with BBC CA material the later
licence will prevail.
-Provide two versions of the CC-UK licence, one allowing mixing with the CA
licences (and hence allowing the mixed material to be released under a BBC CA
licence) and another one not, so that the end-user will have the opportunity
to
make the choice.
Any thoughts on that?
Best,
pRo
