The National Library runs an occasional web harvest.
http://natlib.govt.nz/publishers-and-authors/web-harvesting
http://natlib.govt.nz/collections/a-z/new-zealand-web-archive

There was a bit of controversy over its respect (or lack of respect) for
robots.txt.

Indexed websites are listed in search results, e.g.
http://natlib.govt.nz/items?i%5Bcategory%5D=Websites&text=kayak
http://ndhadeliver.natlib.govt.nz/content-aggregator/getIEs?system=ilsdb&id=726166

The UI is not as useful as Archive.org - there doesn't appear to be a way of
searching for a specific URL for example.

(OT: Why is the FAQ at
http://natlib.govt.nz/collections/a-z/new-zealand-web-archive a PDF??)
