Hi ! BPM tag is great and useful. ID3v2.3 has one :

However, even if I'm not really sure of where the tag will be located (in
the RDF thing ? in the file ?), I do wonder if it has anything to do with
CC licenses ?

Because if CC chooses to support BPM, why not support all the other ID3
tags ??

Doesn't have anything directly to do with licenses. Here I'm mainly concerned with how to express these terms in RDF so that people searching for CC-licensed content can find exactly what they want.

Tom Hill provided a pretty compelling use case for bpm and time signature. If there are other terms that would be useful to people searching for music (available in ID3 or not) I'd be interested to hear.
