I'd like to ask, how the association from a resource to its metadata works. In a text its easy, just write it; but in music and images? id3v1 tags eg. only have limited space...
In constrained formats, you can say something like "under http://creativecommons.org/licenses/...". Please let me know if there's a format for which this is too long.
And then, will you coordinate with the dublin core? I imagine somebody going through licensing issues wanting to put other semantic value in her metadata.
Since we also use RDF, you can easily use Dublin Core terms in the metadata.
