I agree, but please note that I am not speaking on behalf of the Debian
Project.
I am indeed a Debian contributor and debian-legal regular, but here I
only speak for myself and the opinions I express are my own.

Well, it's a bit more complicated than this.
In summary, the Debian Project decision-makers currently accept works
licensed under the terms of CC-by-v3.0 and CC-by-sa-v3.0 as Free works,
but I disagree with them.
