Hello,
I'm working on an image for my website that is based on a photo licensed under a standard royalty-free license, which I paid for. I would like to include in that image part of another photo, this one licensed under creative commons attribution license, in a way that would result in a totally new image. Does the attribution license allows me to do that?
I first thought this was a derivative work, so it would be ok, but from what I read it seems more like sampling...
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Luís Brás
