It seemed pretty friggen clear to me before.

The legal text of "non-commercial" says you're restricted from
"commercial advantage or private monetary compensation."
and you can distribute via p2p
"provided there is no payment of any monetary compensation"

payment of monetary compensation.
pay money.
Money changes hands, you break the license.
Seemed pretty clear to me.

Now, they're saying it's OK as long as you don't make a profit?

I'm not a lawyer, but where the hell did that come from?

This is so bogus.
